Ricky Jay and his wife, Mary Louise Jay, founded RickyJay Plumbing LLC. At the time of Ricky Jay’s death in December 2023, he had been in the plumbing industry for 45 years. He believed strongly in being fair and honest with his valued customers. He always guaranteed all the work. His work ethic was the highest. He loved the plumbing industry, his customers, and his employees. He was grateful for each employee and treated them with respect. His sense of humor was unmatched. He acquired loyal customers because he was sincerely interested in getting to know them and chatting with them, not just about plumbing, but about their families, hobbies, professions, or any interest of theirs. The company is proud to say that we still do it “The Ricky Jay Way" with love, laughter, and kindness.
